We went to our town’s public beach today. Note that we aren’t actually on the ocean. This was more like some area cleared out along a lakefront with some sand trucked in to make it beach-like.
Nonetheless, we had a lot of fun, and Siena enjoyed the alternative locale for being tossed in the air and splashed into the water. Certainly the environs made for much more interesting backgrounds than we get in our pool (click for bigger size):
