First it was the drool. Lots of drool. Well actually, that’s been going on since day one, so no real good indicator of change there. But the new deliberate chewing on the pacifier and on hands at a specific spot in the mouth, the new set of crying and fussiness, and the little white speck on the gum line all point to one thing: Tooth!
