Anyway, at lunch today I got the following fortune in my fortune cookie:

Good news of a long-awaited event will arrive soon.

I don’t think my company is about to get acquired any time soon, so instead I assume this applies to mom’s pending graduation from vet school, which is this Sunday. It’s been 6+ years in the making, and it will indeed be good news!

P.S. Lucky numbers 10, 16, 18, 27, 30, 32. I was hoping for 4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42, but what can you do?
