The past few weeks have seen the onset of curiosity expressed through language. While curiosity itself is not really a defining trait of being human (curious cats, Curious George, etc.), its manifestation in spoken question is at least another indicator of intellectual maturity for Siena.
The curiosity crops up in many questions, such as “What’s this (or that)?” and “What’s that makin’ noisy?”
I suspect it’s time for mom and dad to start reading up on the basic whys and how-comes of the universe. I’m a little rusty on sky colors, gravitational forces, thermodynamics, and gastro-intestinal processes (mom probably has that knowledge covered fortunately).
I assume there’s some basic book out there designed for parents. Anyone know of it? Is there a market need for such a book?
