Note to self: Don’t forget another little thing.
I was singing a butchered form of “Little Bunny Foo-Foo” to Siena last night. I didn’t want to actually endorse bopping, and I couldn’t remember anything other than the first four lines, so I sang this:
Little bunny Siena
Hopping through the forest
Scooping up the field rats
And kissing them on the head
Given that’s all I knew, I sang it a couple of times (and of course I kissed her on the head each time; that was the real goal here). After two or three times, she started saying when I finished,
In that terse, heart-melting little way she has. I had to sing it about five more times, but fortunately mama came to the rescue and told me some more of the lyrics.
